Application of Carbazochrome CAS 69-81-8
It is one of the commonly used hemostatic agents in clinic. It can reduce the permeability of capillary, promote damaged capillary end retraction and hemostasis. It is mainly used for bleeding caused by increased capillary permeability, such as idiopathic purpura, retinal hemorrhage, chronic pulmonary hemorrhage, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, epistaxis, hemoptysis, hematuria, hemorrhoid hemorrhage, uterine hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, etc. It is less effective for massive bleeding and arterial bleeding. Hemostatic agent, used for hereditary telangiectasia and prevent bleeding of lung, kidney, intestine, brain and uterus.
