Sodium Monofluorophosphate (SMFP) is a white or white crystalline powder, solubles in water and moisture absorption is strong, at 25 ºC water solubility in the aqueous solution of 42 g / 100 g, no side effects, no rust, 2% aqueous solution PH value of 6.5-8.0, the compound is stable, good compatibility, melting point 625 ºC.  It is in place of sodium fluoride and used as anti-caries agent and tooth desensitizer in the toothpaste formula.

 

Usage

1. It can be used as an anti-caries agent and tooth desensitizer in the toothpaste formula instead of sodium fluoride

2. Used to clean metal surfaces and as flux

3. For the manufacture of special glass
